Montville police seek help identifying beer thieves

MONTVILLE — On April 25, two individuals were caught on camera stealing seven cases of Corona Beer from the Montville Stop and Shop, according to local authorities.

The pair arrived at the grocery store in a black passenger car, conspicuously missing its license plates, police said.

Surveillance footage showed them loading the beer into their vehicle before driving away.

The Montville Police Department has released photographs of the suspects and the vehicle in hopes that the public can assist in their identification.

Officer Cassidy of the Montville Police Department is leading the investigation and encourages anyone with information to come forward.
