STRATFORD — The Stratford Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two males suspected of a larceny at the local ShopRite on April 21.
According to authorities, the suspects stole a wallet belonging to an elderly woman and later attempted to use her credit cards at a nearby BJ’s Wholesale Club.
Officer C. Bittner of the Stratford Police Department is leading the investigation and has released surveillance images of the individuals in question.
The department urges anyone with information or the ability to identify the suspects to contact Officer Bittner.
The police have not disclosed the total amount of fraudulent charges attempted or whether any of the victim’s belongings were recovered.
