ST. JOHNSBURY — Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks arrested a 35-year-old man for unlawful trespass, violation of conditions of release, providing false information to law enforcement, and an outstanding warrant after responding to a complaint on April 18.

Keith Lapierre, a resident of Peacham and St. Johnsbury, was apprehended after allegedly trespassing at the Mt. Pleasant Trailer Park on Avenue A and fleeing into a wooded area when confronted.

According to authorities, Lapierre attempted to mislead officers by identifying himself with a false name.
