WOODBRIDGE — A series of arrests have been made by the Woodbridge Police Department, including that of a 14-year-old juvenile from New Haven on charges related to thefts from vehicles and other incidents.

On March 20, police served two active criminal arrest warrants for the juvenile who was already in custody for unrelated charges.

The juvenile is accused of conspiracy to commit credit card theft, criminal mischief, and larceny stemming from separate thefts in January.

After the charges were processed, the juvenile was turned over to the Juvenile Department of Corrections at New Haven Juvenile Court for arraignment.

In a separate incident, Candi Foley, 34, of New Haven, was arrested on March 28.

Foley had an active warrant for her involvement in a March 2022 motor vehicle accident where she allegedly fled the scene after causing injury.

She was charged and released with a written promise to appear in court on the same day for her arraignment.

Matthew J. Williams, 31, of Woodbridge, was arrested on March 29 following a disturbance at a local residence.

He faces charges including breach of peace and threatening and was released on a $500 bond, with an April 1 court date set for his arraignment.

Additionally, on April 4, Ravan Tarlanov, 19, of Brooklyn, NY, turned himself in for his role in a February motor vehicle accident.

He was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane, released on a $100 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on April 12.
