St. Albans woman faces charges for vehicle theft, driving with suspended license

BAKERSFIELD — Vermont State Police arrested a St. Albans woman on March 18 after she was found driving a stolen vehicle with a criminally suspended driver’s license.

At approximately 10:47 a.m., authorities received a report of a stolen vehicle on Egypt Road.

The investigation led officers to locate the vehicle on Old Stage Coach Road.

Alexis Pelletier, 28, was identified as the driver who had allegedly taken the vehicle without the owner’s permission.

Upon further examination, it was determined that Pelletier’s driving privileges had been criminally suspended.

Pelletier was issued a citation to appear before the Franklin County Court on April 22 at 8:30 a.m. to face charges related to the incident.
