HINGHAM — Police are investigating a housebreak on Kress Farm Rd in which a rear sliding glass door was broken to gain entry.

The homeowner contacted police at approximately 7:30 p.m. on March 2 to report they could see someone on their camera system walking through the home.

The residents were not home at the time of the break.

Officers responded and found the suspect had left the area.

Hingham and Norwell Police K9 units along with a drone were deployed to attempt to locate the suspect.

The suspect on video was wearing running shoes, possibly Nike, sweat pants, a thin hoodie, gloves, and some sort of thin mask much like panty hose.
