JERICHO — Responding to a call on Feb. 20, Vermont State Police arrested 45-year-old Joshua Chaloux of Barre for driving under the influence after his vehicle was discovered off the road on Ethan Allen Road.
Authorities arrived at the scene at 1:24 p.m. to find Chaloux exhibiting signs of impairment.
Following an investigation at the site of the incident, Chaloux was taken into custody.
Chaloux was processed at the Williston Barracks and subsequently released with a citation.
He is scheduled to appear in court to face the DUI charge.
