Brentwood police trying to identify door-to-door salesmen

BRENTWOOD — Brentwood police are investigating suspicious activity reported on Homestead Lane involving two males claiming to be salesmen.

Officer Carey is working to identify the individuals captured in a photograph circulating within the department.

According to town regulations, all door-to-door salespeople must have a valid Hawkers and Peddlers License to operate within the town limits.

The current status of the licenses for the two men in question has not been made clear by authorities.

The Brentwood Police Department has issued a reminder to residents that if they encounter any suspicious individuals or activities, they should not hesitate to contact the police immediately.
