St. Johnsbury man arrested for curfew violation, held on bail

ST. JOHNSBURY — A St. Johnsbury man was arrested late Saturday night for violating his curfew conditions, according to local authorities.

At approximately 9:50 p.m. on Eastern Avenue, Alex Becker, 35, was observed by a police officer who recognized him from previous encounters.

The officer, aware of Becker’s 24-hour curfew, confirmed the violation and proceeded with the arrest.

Becker was ordered held on $200 bail following his arrest.

The conditions of release were originally set for reasons not disclosed in the police report.
