SOUTHBOROUGH — Southborough Police and Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle collision with injuries at approximately 11:46 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1.
Upon arriving at the scene, emergency personnel treated several individuals from both vehicles involved in the accident.
An investigation into the incident led to the arrest of Dana Torres of Draper Street, Worcester, who was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Two passengers from Torres’ vehicle were taken into protective custody due to alcohol intoxication.
An additional passenger was transported to the hospital for further medical attention.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the accident.
