Nashua man charged with using fake documents to get driver’s license

NASHUA — A 22-year-old Hudson man was arrested Thursday for allegedly attempting to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license using fraudulent documents, state police said.

Gopal Sriram Chitluri was taken into custody on a warrant without incident by members of the New Hampshire State Police Troop G Investigations Unit.

The arrest followed an investigation that began when Chitluri allegedly submitted false documents to the Nashua Division of Motor Vehicles.

Chitluri is charged with tampering with public records or information.

He is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division – Nashua on March 13 at 8:15 a.m.

State police are urging anyone with additional information to contact Detective Christopher J. Prenaveau through his official email.
