Woman charged with unlawful mischief at Dunkin Donuts in Westminster

WESTMINSTER — Vermont State Police responded to a disturbance call earlier this month after reports of damaged property at a local Dunkin Donuts.

Authorities were notified at approximately 8:28 a.m. on Dec. 5 that 38-year-old Jennifer Dupuis, had allegedly been involved in destructive behavior at the coffee shop situated on US Route 5.

Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation which confirmed that Dupuis had damaged products and exhibited disorderly conduct at the establishment.

Dupuis has been cited for unlawful mischief and disorderly conduct.

She is scheduled to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Jan. 30 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the charges.
