Jamaica woman arrested on domestic assault charge

JAMAICA — A Jamaica woman was arrested early Friday morning after Vermont State Police responded to a report of a family dispute.

Troopers from the Westminster Barracks arrived at a residence on Vt Route 100 South at around 4:32 a.m. on Dec. 15, where they investigated an incident involving Heidi Dlubac, 52.

According to authorities, Dlubac physically assaulted a domestic partner.

Following the investigation, Dlubac was arrested and taken to the Westminster Barracks for processing.

She was later released with court-ordered conditions and received a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court on Dec. 18 at 12:30 p.m. to respond to the domestic assault charge.

The Vermont State Police did not release any information regarding the victim to protect their identity in adherence to policies regarding victims of domestic violence.
