Bow police arrest man after threat to Blue Seal employees

BOW — Bow Police responded to a report of criminal threatening at the Blue Seal store on Hall Street at about 9:30 a.m. Friday, after a male called the store threatening to shoot employees.

Detective Sergeant Coady quickly identified the phone number and the suspect behind the threat.

As a precaution, the store was evacuated and closed for the day.

A warrant was applied for and granted for the arrest of Kenneth Osborne, 65, of Epsom.

At 3 p.m., Epsom Police arrested Osborne without incident on Bow Police’s warrant.

Osborne was held on preventive detention and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Merrimack County Superior Court on Monday, Dec. 18.
