NEWPORT — It’s the season of joy and festivity, and Donna’s Annual Mini Christmas Village is back at the North Country Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center in Newport. This beloved holiday attraction has become a cherished tradition, drawing visitors to experience the magical miniature village.
Each year, Donna Mandart’s detailed and lovingly crafted village brings smiles and happiness to all who visit, especially delighting children with its intricate designs and festive charm. The village display, a labor of love, is a highlight of the holiday season in Newport.
This year, in the spirit of giving, visitors are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food donation to support families in need during this festive season.
The Mini Christmas Village will be open from December through the end of January. Visitors can immerse themselves in this miniature winter wonderland on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Mandart expressed gratitude for the continued support and is excited to share her creation with the community again. The annual setup of her Mini Christmas Village not only spreads holiday cheer but also embodies the spirit of community and giving back.
