10 arrested in connection with shooting incident in Nashua

NASHUA — Ten individuals have been arrested following an August 16 shooting that prompted police to respond to reports of gunfire at the intersection of West Hollis Street and Vine Street, authorities said.

Upon arrival, Nashua police discovered that those involved had already fled the scene.

A vehicle not involved in the incident was struck by a bullet while traveling on West Hollis Street, but no one inside was harmed.

The subsequent investigation led to the identification of all parties, including two who fired guns and another who was armed and attempted to participate in the shooting.

The altercation was found to have begun after two groups met at the location to fight, with shots fired shortly after both parties arrived.

The individuals arrested are:

Eric McCall, 18, charged with Riot, a Class B Felony.

Jorge Ruiz, 19, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, faces charges of Riot, Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon, and Felonious Use of a Firearm, all Class B Felonies.

Anthony Boykins, 23, of Nashua, was charged with Riot, a Class B Felony, and released on personal recognizance bail.

Robert Alleyne-Underwood, 18, residing in Nashua, was charged with Riot, a Class B Felony, and released on personal recognizance bail.

Aisayach Isreal Perez-Virella, 20, of Nashua, was charged with four counts of Reckless Conduct, Riot, and Felonious Use of a Firearm, all Class B Felonies.

Perez-Virella is being held pending arraignment.

Five juveniles have also been arrested in connection with the shooting.

Their identities are not being released due to their minor status.
