DALTON — The Dalton Police Department is currently investigating reports of an individual caught on camera approaching homes and vehicles in the early hours of the morning.
Residents of the Tower Road area, particularly near Bruce Drive, are being asked to check their vehicles for signs of break-ins.
The suspicious activity occurred between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., according to surveillance footage obtained by the police.
Officer Eichstedt of the Dalton Police Department is leading the investigation.
The department urges anyone who believes their vehicle may have been tampered with or broken into to contact Officer Eichstedt to report the incident.
The police have not released a description of the suspect at this time.
They are analyzing the footage and canvassing the area to gather more information.
