EAST HAVEN — A local man was arrested Wednesday after Vermont State Police linked him to the theft of a tractor reported stolen last month. Andrew Young, 35, of East Haven, is facing charges of possession of stolen property and grand larceny. The arrest followed an investigation into the October 20 theft of a 55 HP Workmaster tractor, blue with white lettering, and its red Tebben rotary cutter attachment from a Moulthrop Rd. residence.
