Boston police seek public’s help to ID burglary suspect

BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives are requesting the help of the community to identify a suspect involved in a recent residential burglary in the Roxbury neighborhood.

The incident, which occurred on Nov. 3, involved an unidentified male suspect who forcibly entered a home by prying open the front door.

Once inside, the suspect stole an electric bike from the foyer area.

The Boston Police Department released a detailed description of the suspect, describing him as a light-skinned male with a dark-colored beard.

He was last seen wearing a winter hat, a dark-colored hood, a Patriots sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, light-colored sneakers, and carrying a backpack.

Investigators from District B-2, where the burglary took place, are leading the inquiry into the burglary and are combing through evidence.

The department has called on anyone with information about the suspect to come forward.
