Driver faces DUI refusal charges following Route 100 crash

WHITINGHAM — A 34-year-old Halifax woman is facing DUI refusal charges following a motor vehicle crash on Route 100 on Saturday, Nov. 4, at approximately 8:06 p.m.

A report of the crash was received by Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Westminster Barracks, who responded to the scene.

Investigating officers identified Amanda J. Dupuis as the driver involved in the incident.

Following their investigation, Dupuis was arrested for DUI Refusal.

Dupuis is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on Nov. 21 at 8:30 a.m.
