MANCHESTER –– New Hampshire’s Department of Corrections is on the hunt for a parole fugitive with past convictions for armed robbery, according to official statements released on Thursday.

Justin Michael Paquette, who has been described as having violent tendencies, is wanted for a parole violation related to his previous conviction of armed robbery, for which he was sentenced to serve between 2 1/2 to 8 years in prison.

The warrant for Paquette’s arrest was issued after he failed to report to a sober living facility in Manchester, as required following his release.

The Department of Corrections has labeled him as an absconder from supervision.

Paquette is known to frequent the White River Junction area, spanning both Vermont and New Hampshire.

Officials are urging the public to stay vigilant and to report any sightings or information about Paquette to the Department of Corrections immediately.

Authorities have issued caution due to Paquette’s violent tendencies and are urging the public not to engage with him directly.

The Department of Corrections continues to work closely with local law enforcement agencies in their search for Paquette.
