ST. JOHNSBURY — A 42-year-old woman was arrested for violation of condition of release following an incident in St. Johnsbury yesterday.
Police say they observed a vehicle parked in a pull-off located on Memorial Drive at around 10:40 p.m.
Police identified one of the passengers of the vehicle to be Rachel Stanzione, of St. Johnsbury.
Following an investigation, it was found that Stanzione was in violation of her court-ordered conditions of release by staying out past her curfew.
She was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
She was released with a citation to appear in court to answer for the charge.
