WHITINGHAM — A 42-year-old man was cited for negligent operation following a crash in Whitingham.
On October 7, authorities say they were notified of a family fight on Vermont Route 100 at around 12:00 p.m.
While troopers were responding, a single-vehicle crash involving one of the suspected parties was reported.
The driver was identified as Joshua Gilbert, of Whitingham.
Following an investigation, police allege Gilbert operated his vehicle in a negligent manner.
On October 17, Gilbert was cited and scheduled to appear in court on December 5 to answer the charge.
