Northfield police seek public’s help in armed robbery investigation

NORTHFIELD –– Police are seeking the public’s assistance in an armed robbery investigation at a local convenience store, Cumberland Farms, that occurred on Oct. 13.

According to Officer Monica Welch, a yet-to-be-identified male robbed a store clerk at gunpoint at approximately 9:41 p.m.

The Northfield Police Department (NPD) arrived on the scene by 9:54 p.m., with additional agencies following soon after, as indicated by subsequent sirens.

The NPD has attached photos of the suspect for public reference and is urging anyone with information about the individual to come forward.
