ENOSBURG — A 19-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault and unlawful restraint following an incident in Enosburg yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of an address on Main Street at around 8:50 a.m.

Police say that two family members who had not been at the initial incident were on-scene and had been assaulted.

While enroute back to the home, police were informed that two family members were being held in a room by the suspect and were being prevented from leaving.

Police say that Adam Bellevue, of Enosburg, had caused visible bodily injury to a household/family member.
