DERBY — A 51-year-old woman was cited following an incident in Derby last month.
Authorities say they were notified of a conditions of release violation on US Route 5 at around 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
Police allege that Shelly Bourgeois, of Derby, was a person who violated court-ordered conditions of release by having contact with a protected party.
Yesterday, Bourgeois was cited to appear in court on November 1 for the charge.
