JERICHO — A 70-year-old man was involved in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Jericho on Wednesday.
The crash took place at the intersection of Old Pump Road and Route 15 at around 11:30 a.m.
The vehicle was seen facing east on its roof on Old Pump Road.
According to the report, Bruce Carr, of Jericho, was sitting in his driveway to do errands and hit the accelerator than the brake, which resulted him reversing into a ditch and rolling over on its roof.
Police say as a result, Carr sustained no injuries and provided no signs of impairment.
Due to disabling damage to Carr’s vehicle it was removed by Black Fork Towing.
Troopers were assisted by Essex Rescue, Jericho & Underhill Fire Department, and Black Fork Towing.
