Man arrested for trespassing at China Moon in Derby

DERBY — A 58-year-old man was cited for unlawful trespass following an incident in Derby on September 19.

Authorities say they were notified of a called from employees at the China Moon Buffet that a man who had previously been trespassed had just left the restaurant at around 9:10 p.m.

Police say that Steven Lontine, of Derby, had entered the restaurant after being trespassed by troopers several months prior.

Lontine was located and issued a citation to appear in court for the charge.
