ST. JOHNSBURY — A 37-year-old man from St. Johnsbury is facing multiple charges following an incident in Conway last month.
On September 12, authorities say they were notified that Tony Dwyer violated several conditions of release when he was found to be intoxicated and charged with assault, obstructing report of a crime, and criminal mischief.
Attempts were made by troopers to cite Dwyer for violating his conditions of release, however, Dwyer refused to comply when confronted.
An arrest warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
Dwyer later turned himself into the Caledonia County Superior Court yesterday for the charges of violation of conditions of release, assault, obstructing report of a crime, and criminal mischief.
