Burlington woman charged with unlawful trespass in St. Johnsbury

ST JOHNSBURY –– A Burlington woman was charged with unlawful trespass after being found accompanying a shoplifter at White Market in St Johnsbury.

Michelle Deaette, 31, was located in the store during a shoplifting investigation on September 11.

According to Detective Sgt. Lester Cleary of the St Johnsbury Police, Deaette had been issued a notice of no trespass for that establishment on July 7, 2022.

Deaette was issued a citation and is due in Caledonia Superior Court on October 30.
