LYNDON — A 21-year-old Lyndon resident, Tucker Mallett, was arrested on the morning of Sept. 9 after allegedly eluding a police officer and driving at excessive speeds on Red Village Road.
Mallett was apprehended at a local residence by officers from the Lyndonville Police Department.
The arrest came following an incident that had occurred on Sept. 8 around 5:40 p.m.
Along with the charges of eluding a police officer with negligent operation and excessive speed, Mallett was also issued five Vermont Civil Violation Complaints.
