JERICHO — A 46-year-old man from Charlotte was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Jericho yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop for a lane violation on Vermont Route 15, near Mill Street, at around 8:40 p.m.
The driver was identified as Matthew Thomas.
While speaking with Thomas, police say they detected several indicators of impairment.
Thomas was arrested for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court on September 21 to answer the charge of DUI #2.
