BARRE — A 27-year-old man from Williamstown was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Barre early this morning.

Police say they observed a vehicle exit a parking lot on Prospect Street and conduct a 360-degree “burnout” in front of a crowded bar at around 1:00 a.m.

A traffic stop was conducted.

Police identified the driver as Dakota M. Perkins.

While speaking with Perkins, police say, indicators of impairment were detected.
