BAKERSFIELD — A 29-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Bakersfield yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault on Fairfield Road at around 9:00 a.m.
Police allege that Alex Lussier, of Bakersfield, committed the offense of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault by assaulting a family or household member, and that the offense was committed in the presence of children.
Lussier was arrested and arraigned at Vermont Superior Court yesterday.
After arraignment, he was ordered held without bail.
