WESTMINSTER –– A 29-year-old Londonderry man, Adam S. Harrington, is facing charges after being pulled over for speeding on U.S Route 5 in Westminster on August 5.

Deputy Thomas Raymond and Det. Sgt. Mario Checchi initiated a traffic stop around 9 p.m. when Harrington was spotted driving a grey Chrysler at 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Upon investigation, the deputies discovered that Harrington was criminally suspended from operating a motor vehicle.

It was also determined that he had violated conditions of his court-ordered release due to his actions.

Harrington was released with a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on August 30.

The passenger in the vehicle, who held a valid Vermont driver’s license, was informed to take control of the vehicle.
