Driver arrested for DUI #2 in Derby

DERBY — A 37-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Derby yesterday.

Police say they observed a vehicle commit a lane violation and initiated a traffic stop on I-91 north at around 10:15 p.m.

Troopers identified the driver as Kristopher Lauderbach, of Derby, and observed multiple indicators of impairment.

Lauderbach was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI, processed, and released on a citation to appear in court.
