STANNARD — A local man has been taken into custody, charged with sexually abusing four juvenile females, according to the Vermont State Police.
Justin Rich, 31, was arrested Thursday afternoon on charges of sexual assault involving one victim and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child involving four victims.
The charges are the result of an investigation that began in November 2022.
The victims were reported to be between the ages of 8 and 12 at the time of the alleged assaults.
All victims claimed they were sexually abused by Rich on multiple occasions.
Detectives uncovered information about a fourth victim during the investigation.
This case remains under investigation.
