Nashua, Hudson police round-up 14 in coordinated bust

NASHUA — In a recent coordinated law enforcement effort under Operation Granite Shield, fourteen individuals were arrested on charges related to drug crimes, other crimes associated with drug activity, and various other offenses.

The Hudson Police Department, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, and Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit worked together on the operation, which took place during the weeks of May 22 and June 2, 2023.

The following individuals were apprehended:

Lindsey Miron, 38, No Fixed Address, was detained on an active Capias from the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Miron was held without bail, pending her future arraignment at the same court.

Ein Nickerson, 39, of Derry, New Hampshire, was arrested on an active warrant for two counts of Simple Assault. Nickerson was released on personal recognizance bail, pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.

Samantha Gervais, 30, No Fixed Address, was arrested on an active Capias from the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Gervais was held without bail, pending her future arraignment at the same court.

Ricardo Morales, 36, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl and crack cocaine), both Special Felonies. Morales was released on personal recognizance bail, pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.

Courtney Lavalle, 25, No Fixed Address, was arrested on two active Capias from the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District, and on an active arrest warrant from the Nashua Police Department for Theft by Unauthorized Taking and Criminal Trespass, both Class A Misdemeanors. Lavalle was released on $80 cash bail, pending her arraignments at both the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District and the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.

Joshua Eddy, 44, of Hudson, New Hampshire, was charged with Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, a Class A Felony. Eddy was held without bail, pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.

William Giordani, 55, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested on two active bench warrants issued from the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court. Giordani was released on personal recognizance bail, pending his arraignment.

Frank Antonucci, 47, No Fixed Address, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a Class A Misdemeanor. Antonucci was released on personal recognizance bail, pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.

Matthew Christman, 41, No Fixed Address, was arrested on an active electronic bench warrant issued from the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court. Christman was released on personal recognizance bail, pending his arraignment at the same court.

Justin Greenwood, 46, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested on an active Capias from the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Greenwood was held without bail, pending his arraignment at the same court.

Destiney Gervais, 46, No Fixed Address, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine), a class B Felony. Gervais was released on personal recognizance bail, pending her arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.

Shanaya Scott, 37, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was charged with Sale of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine), a Special Felony. Scott was released on a $200 cash bail, pending her arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.

Janelle Warren, 27, No Fixed Address, was arrested on an active Capias from the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Warren was held without bail, pending her arraignment at the same court.

Ian Sherman, 34, No Fixed Address, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/ fentanyl), a Special Felony, and Falsifying Physical Evidence, a Class B Felony. Sherman was released on personal recognizance bail, pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.

The various law enforcement agencies involved in this operation continue to work together to deter drug-related criminal activities in their jurisdictions.
