WINDSOR — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile.
Cylan Berry, 15, of Windsor, was reported missing on Friday.
Police say that Berry was last seen at approximately midnight on Wednesday.
His disappearance does not appear to be suspicious, however, there are concerns for his welfare.
