DUI #5 charges following crash in Whitingham

WHITINGHAM — A 50-year-old man was arrested for his fifth DUI following a crash in Whitingham yesterday.

The single-vehicle crash took place on Route 100 at around 11:20 p.m.

Police say that during the investigation, Joseph Agrillo, of Whitingham, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Agrillo is scheduled to appear in court to answer to the charge of DUI #5.
