Marlborough resident arrested for pointing air pistol at motorist

MARLBOROUGH — Southborough police are investigating a report of a road rage incident involving a handgun that occurred on Friday around 8 p.m. on Turnpike Road.

During the incident, one of the drivers allegedly displayed a handgun and pointed it at the victim, according to police.

The victim immediately notified the Southborough Police Department, which conducted an investigation into the incident.

The suspect was later identified as Ronald Wing, of Marlborough.

The handgun was later determined to be an air pistol.

Wing is being charged with assault by means of a dangerous weapon as a result of the investigation.

Detective Keith Nichols conducted the investigation.
