Man arrested on warrant, drugs in Bow

BOW — A 48-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested on a warrant in Bow on Monday.

Police say they made contact with a suspicious vehicle at the Circle K gas station located on Route 3A at around 9:50 p.m.

The driver was identified as William Warman, of Franklin.

Police say he was arrested on a warrant issued by New Hampshire State Police for possession of a controlled drug-intent to distribute.

A search incident to arrest resulted in the seizure of a large amount of methamphetamine, oxycodone, $1952 in currency, and packaging materials.

The vehicle was seized pending the application of a search warrant.

Yesterday, the search warrant for the vehicle was granted and resulted in the seizure of approximately 70 grams of methamphetamine, 110 grams of fentanyl, 7 grams of crack cocaine, and other illegal drugs.

Warman was charged with possession of a controlled drug-intent to distribute x2, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense, and deal/possess prescription drugs.

He is currently being held at the Merrimack County Jail.

Police say Bow PD was assisted by New Hampshire State Police.
