FERRISBURGH — A 33-year-old man from South Burlington was arrested for DUI drugs following an incident in Ferrisburgh early this morning.
Police say they conducted a check on a disabled vehicle located near the intersection of US Route 7 and Little Chicago Road at around 1:05 a.m.
The driver was identified as Neeraj Bharati.
Police say they observed several indicators of impairment and Bharati was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
At the completion of processing, Bharati was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
