LOWELL — A 31-year-old man was arrested for 1st degree aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Lowell on Saturday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault that occurred that evening at a home on Green Hill Road.
Police allege that Justin Morale, of Lowell, had caused injury to a family member.
Attempts to locate Morale at the time were unsuccessful.
Morale was taken into custody without incident in the evening and taken to the Vermont State Police Derby barracks for processing.
He was held on conditions of release and $1,000 bail imposed by the court.
He will appear in court on Monday to answer the charge
