LEICESTER — A 20-year-old woman from Rutland was cited for assault following an incident in Leicester last month.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation involving multiple people at a home on Leicester Whiting Road on March 19.
Police allege that Meghan Russell assaulted an 18-year-old from Leicester.
Russell was cited to appear in court to answer to the charge.
