Driver arrested for DUI following single-vehicle crash in Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE — A 39-year-old man was arrested for DUI in Cambridge yesterday.

Police say they pulled over a vehicle on Route 108 south at around 7:15 p.m.

The driver was identified as John Rothery, of Cambridge.

Police say they observed indicators of alcohol impairment while speaking with Rothery.

Following an investigation, he was arrested without incident for suspicion of DUI.

He was transported to the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department where he refused to provide an evidentiary breath sample.

He was released with a citation to appear in court.
