Man who threatened to shoot up Portsmouth school arrested

PORTSMOUTH — Police say they have arrested a man wanted by Portsmouth Police in Maine.

Kyle Hendrickson was arrested yesterday.

Hendrickson is wanted on a charge of criminal threatening with a firearm, a class B felony.

Police say the investigation into his whereabouts led them to a residence in Portland, Maine.

The investigation was a collaboration with Portland, Maine Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigations
(FBI), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (AT.F)

Hendrickson was taken into custody just before 2:00 p.m.

He will be held as a fugitive from justice until he can be brought to New Hampshire to answer this charge.
