Woman arrested on domestic violence, assault charges in Nashua

NASHUA – On April 11, the Nashua Police Department responded to a domestic violence call involving Natalie Nunez, age 36, and an adult male known to her.

Nunez was arrested on the scene and charged with domestic violence, criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and simple assault.

According to detectives from the Special Investigations Division, Nunez had threatened the male with a knife and physically assaulted him multiple times.

The criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges are both Class B Felonies, punishable by up to 7 ½ to 15 years in the State Prison, while the simple assault charges are Class A Misdemeanors, carrying a possible sentence of up to 1 year in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

Nunez is currently being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections on preventative detention, pending her arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
