RICHFORD – Clifford Delisle, 33, was arrested by Vermont State Police today for two active arrest warrants.

One warrant was for burglary and unlawful mischief, while the other was for false pretenses.

Delisle was found by troopers while patrolling the town of Richford.

He was issued a citation for the first warrant and lodged at the Northwest State Correctional Facility on the second warrant.

The warrant for false pretenses was related to a fraud complaint that had been received by the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks on February 24.

The investigation revealed that Delisle fraudulently used Clarence Marrier’s debit card for a total of approximately $700 in withdrawals and purchases.

Troopers were unable to locate Delisle at the time, and the warrant for his arrest was issued.

Delisle is scheduled to appear in court on April 10.

His bail is set at $200.
