DORSET — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Dorset yesterday.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 30, near the Dorset Post Office, at around 3:45 p.m.

According to the report, Zachary Seese, 25, of Rupert, was exiting the parking lot from the Dorset Post Office, and Courtney Campbell, 41, of Manchester, was traveling south prior to the crash.

Police say Seese exited the parking lot without yielding the right of way for Campbell, which caused a front-end collision between both vehicles.

Both drivers were reported to be wearing their seatbelts, which likely prevented injuries from happening during the crash.

Seese’s vehicle was left inoperable and was required to be towed.

Campbell’s vehicle sustained minor damage and was operable from the scene.

Police say weather or road conditions were not contributing factors to the crash.
